But in crypto, control doesn’t mean chaos. It’s a spectrum.
You can take tiny steps: learn what your wallet does, understand permissions, and start with a small test buy.
Think of it like learning to drive. At first, it’s nerves, mirrors, and stalling at roundabouts.
A few lessons later, you’re steering one-handed with Radio 2 on.

Ready to move from curious to confident? Here’s your step-by-step.
1️⃣ Create a fresh email + strong password.
Give your crypto its own safe digital home.
2️⃣ Enable 2FA everywhere.
It’s the simplest way to block 99% of threats before they even try.
3️⃣ Set up a primary wallet and write your seed phrase by hand — twice.
Pen, paper, and two copies stored separately. (No screenshots — ever.)
4️⃣ Do a £5 test transfer in and out.
It’s like a test drive: zero pressure, total control.
